Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Ensure items are in their original condition with tags attached and free of pet hair. Place them securely in the original mailer.

Print and Ship

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 3-5 business days.
