How do I determine the right size for my pet?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. We recommend measuring your pet's chest girth and neck circumference for the most accurate fit. If your pet is between sizes, we suggest sizing up for maximum comfort.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return and exchange window. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items with excessive pet hair cannot be accepted.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the domestic region usually takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Are your products machine washable?
Most of our hoodies, pajamas, and walking gear are machine washable on a gentle cycle with cold water. We recommend air drying to maintain the integrity of the fabric and prevent shrinkage.
